No Less Than (NLT)
Los Angeles, CA

Cofounder
Head Designer
Creative Director

  • Co-founded and ran a family-owned womenswear brand from the ground up, overseeing the full product lifecycle from concept through production

  • Built the brand around a made-to-order, size-inclusive (XS - 5X) model with domestic manufacturing, making intentional decisions at every stage about how garments were designed, sourced, and produced

  • Oversaw full product development across wholesale, retail, and private label lines, managing fabric sourcing, vendor relationships, and dyehouse production domestically and internationally (China)

  • Grew NLT's direct-to-consumer e-commerce channel with a focus on sustainable, domestically manufactured product, communicating brand values and fabric transparency as core to the customer experience

  • Built and managed a network of LA-based freelance creatives, including photographers, models, stylists, and graphic collaborators, tapping the right partners for seasonal campaigns and product launches

  • Managed NLT's Shopify storefront end-to-end, overseeing PDP content, site merchandising, and digital asset delivery in alignment with launch calendars and seasonal refreshes

  • Directed in-house photo shoots for e-commerce and campaign assets, providing creative direction on styling, set design, and shot lists to support both DTC and wholesale storytelling

  • Built and executed influencer partnerships that drove sell-through on our best-selling styles

  • Represented the brand at tradeshows and pop-ups across the LA area while managing social media for a retail community of women 20–40 across North America and beyond

  • Stewarded creative direction, social media partnerships, casting for photoshoots, production timelines, and cross-functional logistics across a small, collaborative team.

  • After seven years of building NLT from the ground up, our family made the collective decision to close the brand in 2025. My parents, who had spent over two decades in the fashion industry and provided the foundation that made NLT possible, were ready to retire. My sister and I, having built something we were genuinely proud of, were ready for new challenges. It was a mutual, considered decision. It was a recognition that we had taken the brand as far as we wanted to together.
